These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the zbajje platform ("Platform") and all its services. By accessing zbajje through its website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the zbajje platform.

Each person, household, IP address, or device is permitted to operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or handing over a zbajje account, account balance, or any benefits to another person is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts at the rate published at that time.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the zbajje platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

A minimum balance of ৳500 must be available in the account before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• All applicable wagering requirements must be met
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit payment method
• There must be no ongoing investigation on the account

4.3 Currency

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; it will be cancelled if not used within the set time
• Only one bonus offer can be active at a time
• Bonus funds can be used to place bets; they cannot be withdrawn directly

• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation

5.4 VIP Program

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the zbajje platform are operated by verified software providers. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbajje platform:

• Providing fraudulent or misleading information
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Attempting to hack any system or breach security

• Colluding with other users to influence game results
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users
